I have completed 2 triathlon sprints and there's nothing like the payoff after all the hard work. Now my partner and I are finally pregnant with our first child, so I guess I'll have to assume the role of armchair triathlete as I live vicariously through you.<br /><br />Learn to love spin. It will improve your bike drastically. Just don't depend on it so much that you drop your outdoor bike rides.
