Kylie's hair was becoming more and more unruly. And it was constantly getting in her eyes. So we took her for her first haircut. We went to this great place that specializes in cutting children's hair. Kylie sat in my lap and was very well-mannered during the haircut. The stylist insisted on the ponytail, giving Kylie that Pebbles look.
It doesn't look much different in the photos but she actually cut off quite a bit. Afterwards, we went to a nearby park to enjoy the sun.
Kylie enjoyed staring at the water in the fountain.
We played under the pine trees.
She sat in the grass and tried to eat leaves.
And romped around on Momma Karen's lap.
Then she had to pose for a few artistic photos.
But all too soon, she was ready for her nap.
It was a good day.

Hi - I've just come to visit from RSG's blog. Your baby girl is cute as can be. My favorite photos are the two "during" ones. She looks very calm and yet curious.
