Inauguration
I was beaming throughout the entire inauguration broadcast. I teared up and cheered and had a grand ole time.
And there were cupcakes! I'm so tickled I made these!
It's so wonderful to feel hope for our country.

We watched (and cheered) here too. I took a pic of Chicka watching Obama. Such a momentous and wonderful occasion.
I watched with my friend and her daughter. We applauded how far the country has come and reflected on how far we have yet to go before everyone (including her two-mom family) truly has equal rights. Here's to progress, though!

I love how you made it into an event, and took pictures to document it. I tried to do something with the girls, but they didn't get it. Mental note to self: To make it an event, make cupcakes!
