Like I wrote in yesterday's post, I have the best blog readers and friends.
Jane, from London, sent Kylie, Karen and I an incredible gift in the mail. I've never met Jane and yet we've touched one another through the magic of blogging. From a continent away, Jane sent Kylie these two wonderful books and card,
which Kylie asked me to sit right down and read to her.
And some stickers (I adore these and saved some for myself!)
Kylie immediately put some of them in her special sticker book.
And this incredible, adorable bento box and bento-style silverware.
I'm in love with this sweet panda face. Just looking at it makes me smile!
I packed a lunch in the box this morning (stay tuned for pictures tomorrow). Kylie was so tickled. "I love Jane," she exclaimed. "Who is she again Mommy?" Laughing I replied, "She's a lovely, generous woman who enjoys seeing our family on the blog." "Oh, she likes my pictures!" said Kylie. "You should post more pictures Mommy."
Thank you Jane!

loool...more pictures = more bentos? Cute girl..and clever!
By the way: I ordered a Bento Box and some additional stuff yesterday. Thanks to your blog I am kind of addicted to it before I even start. *heehehe*
I know, I want to do Bento Box lunches too!
Love the new Bento box. I had never heard of them before reading your blog, but now you have me looking online at them even though I don't have kids.
Thrilled they arrived - was anxious about the journey over the Atlantic !! Really touched to see the pictures and glad the books went down well . I have got you a box of elastoplast ( for cuts and grazes !) in same design as stickers .....x
Hi Wendy, Karen and Kylie

I am writing to offer you any gifts from Australia, that you feel Kylie may like. I am happy to send her some gifts, she is an adorable young lady.

You might want to check out this short video and rethink having your 3 yr old daughter in just a booster car seat. She really should still be in a 5 pt restraint for her safety.
Another mommy blogger posted this video and after I watched it, I threw away my booster and went back to the 5 pt harness seat.
Thought I would share with you as someone was kind enough to share with me. Your daughter is lovely and precious indeed. I hope she remains safe always in the car.
