Don't you love those moments when your little one finds the perfect playmate at the park? Yesterday there was an older girl at the park who just delighted Kylie. They chased each other, they spoke to one another, they traded acorns and such. And I was able to stand back and snap away as Kylie beamed some awesome smiles.
Don't you love it when your little one makes you feel proud? Also at the park, there was a mom who asked Kylie, "Who are you?" and Kylie replied, "I'm Kylie (and her last name). It's nice to meet you." Oh! I was so tickled.

Aw those are some great shots... and what a little charmer she is... so polite!
I love it too and with Riley she normally adores the older kids.
I wish adults could make instant friends as easily as children do! Just another lesson we can take from our children.
I LOVE that! Just the other night we went to the playground and there were three or four older kids. Madison was off with Chris and I was watching Jackson interact with these kids. He was totally talking to them (I'm sure they had no idea what he was saying) as they climbed up the steps to the top of the slide. They were so good with him too, letting him go first and such. When they had to leave Jackson was screaming "KIDS!!! STAY HERE KIDS!!!"
And Madison and Jackson TOTALLY don't know how to respond to being asked their name let alone say "it's nice to meet you"!!!
Wow!
Absolutely gorgeous pics. Adam also LOVES acorns -- and being chased. We're looking forward to our next playdate already! Maybe we can head to the park! =)
